Our team is led by Rashed Al Suwaidi, an Industrial and Systems Engineer specializing in data analysis. As our firm’s managing partner, he oversees all property transactions and is the decision-maker of the company. Bin Shah, our lead engineer at our sister company, Firelec Electromechanical, manages maintenance and fire defense-related activities. Our on-site team includes public relations officers, who comprehend legal matters and broker leases, and accountants who prepare our fiscal reporting.
